Information Technology:

      While the machines of the industrial age externalized and collectivized man’s physical capabilities, the machines of the information age are doing the same with regard to the power of man’s mind. The story of information technology may thus turn out to be a story of science’s journey from matter to mind.

      The B.Tech in information technology is offered as a 4 year, 8 semester course in which students are trained, equipped and exposed to cutting edge technologies, and molded into the process of becoming creative, skillful and application oriented technologists of future - who can take challenging and real time projects of industry and business.
